How to Book Camping, Parties & Social Events at EYC
Camping and Trailer Spot Bookings
A member is required to email both the Hurry Inn Director ([email protected]) and the Commodore ([email protected]) to book camping/trailer spots and receive approval.
Clubhouse Use and Rental
To have your party use the clubhouse facilities, members are required to email both the Clubhouse Director ([email protected]) and the Commodore ([email protected]) to book clubhouse space and receive approval.
Payment
Once you have received approval for your camping or clubhouse use, prepayment is required. Please e-transfer your payment to [email protected]. Indicate the member's name, cell number, dates required and the number of guests and camping spots (trailer or tent).
Please note any bookings over 10 guests requires special approval and additional costs may apply.

Rates
- Tents $20/night
- Trailers $30/night
- Upper floor of the clubhouse $25/day (excluding long weekends & EYC sanctioned events)
Please note
- Members are responsible for all guests when on EYC property.
- Members are responsible for post-booking clubhouse and grounds clean-up.
- The clubhouse main floor, lower deck, kitchen, washrooms, and fire pit, are all communal areas.
